Built around a swim instructor's week.
Swim lessons come in half hours: after school on weekdays, Saturday mornings, and a summer when every family wants the same week. Your schedule should handle that without you in the middle.
-
Weekly half hours
Open your pool time for the next 4, 8 or 12 weeks at once. A family books Monday at 4:30, taps Repeat weekly, and keeps it in every week you've opened.
-
Siblings and small groups
Brothers and sisters sit under one parent, who books them back to back. Teach a few swimmers at once? Set up a group lesson with a set number of spots and a price per spot.
-
Pool closures
Thunder near the outdoor pool? Cancel the lesson in the app or tell your AI assistant, and the family hears right away by notification or text. Moving it to Thursday? They get the new time the same way.
-
Who's paid
Mark a lesson paid when the Venmo, cash or check comes in, and see who still owes. Sell a session of eight lessons up front and it counts down as they're booked.
The swimming is the easy part.

Bring the swimmers you already have.
You don't need new families to make this worth it. Move your current swimmers over in an afternoon, and next week's lessons book themselves.
-
Add your families
A name and a mobile number is all it takes. Each family gets a text with a link to set up their own login.
-
Post your pool time
Publish your half hours at the pool, for one day or weekly for up to 12 weeks, with your rates set once.
-
They keep their time
Each family picks their usual half hour and repeats it weekly. You just teach.
For parents: always free
Parents see your open times, book their swimmer in, repeat a lesson weekly and message you, right from their phone, with a reminder before every lesson. It works in any phone browser, so there's nothing to download.
For you: the coach dashboard
Your whole lesson business on one screen, in any browser. On your phone, save it to your Home screen and it opens like an app.

-
Parents hear about it
When a lesson moves or gets called off, they get one clear message. You don't text anybody.
-
You stay in charge

Open Saturday 9 to 11 at the pool, 30-minute lessons.
Done. Four open lessons are up for Saturday, 9:00 to 11:00 at the pool.
Move Emma's Monday lesson to 5:30.
Moved. Emma's family got one message with the new time.
Thunder's rolling in. Cancel my 4:00 and 4:30.
Cancelled both. No charge to either family, and they've each been messaged.
Every half hour, paid or due.
Every lesson is marked paid or due, and every payment, whether cash, Venmo, Zelle or check, lands in one running total. When tax season comes, export a file that uploads straight into QuickBooks Online, or a detailed report for your accountant.
One plan. Everything in it.

Questions swim instructors ask
Can a family keep the same half hour every week?
Yes. When a parent books, they tap Repeat weekly and hold that time in every week you've opened, up to 12 weeks ahead.
What if a family has two or three swimmers?
They all go under the same parent, who picks which child they're booking for and can put them back to back.
Can I teach small groups?
Yes. Set a group lesson's size and the price per spot, repeat it weekly if you like, and families take a spot from their phone.
I pay for pool or lane time. Can I pass that on?
Yes. Add it as a fee, by the hour or flat. Parents see it on top of the lesson price when they book, and you choose whether a late cancel still owes it. A fee applies to every lesson, so it suits instructors who pay for every hour in the water.
Can I sell a session of lessons?
Yes. Set up a pack, like eight half-hour lessons, and record the sale when the family pays. Each lesson they book uses one, and you can see how many each family has left.
Do parents get lesson reminders?
Yes, automatically, 24 hours and 2 hours before every lesson, as a notification on their phone or a text.
Do parents pay anything?
No. Parents book and message you for free, from any phone browser. An iPhone app is on the way.
