Built around a hitting coach's week.
A hitting coach sells cage time by the half hour: weeknight blocks after practice, Saturday mornings, and a winter of small groups getting ready for spring.
-
Cage time, booked
Publish your cage blocks for one day or the next 12 weeks, with half-hour and hour lessons at their own prices. Hitters book the open ones, and regulars tap Repeat weekly to keep their night.
-
Small-group sessions
Run a group hitting session with a set number of spots and a price per spot, weekly if you like. Families take a spot from their phone, and you know the count before you load the machine.
-
Rain-outs
Outdoor cage flooded? Cancel the lesson in the app or tell your AI assistant, and the family hears right away by notification or text. Moving it indoors on Saturday? They get the new time the same way.
-
Who's paid
Mark a lesson paid when the Venmo, cash or check comes in, and see who still owes. Sell a pack of lessons and it counts down as they're booked. Pay for the cage by the hour? Add it as a fee on top of the lesson.
The hitting is the easy part.

Bring the hitters you already have.
Move your current hitters over in an afternoon. Once your cage time is posted, families book it themselves, and you stop being the scheduler.

-
Post your cage time
Publish your blocks for one day or weekly for up to 12 weeks, and add a group session with its number of spots.
-
They book the swings
Hitters keep a weekly lesson or grab a group spot. You just coach.
For parents: always free

Questions hitting coaches ask
Can a hitter keep the same night every week?
Yes. When a parent books, they tap Repeat weekly and hold that time in every week you've opened, up to 12 weeks ahead.
Can I run small-group hitting sessions?
Yes. Set a group session's size and the price per spot, repeat it weekly if you like, and families take a spot from their phone.
I pay for the cage by the hour. Can I pass that on?
Yes. Add the cage rental as a fee, by the hour or flat. Parents see it on top of the lesson price when they book, and you choose whether a late cancel still owes it. A fee applies to every lesson, so it suits coaches who always teach in a rented cage.
Can I sell a pack of lessons?
Yes. Set up a pack, like ten half-hour lessons, and record the sale when the family pays. Each lesson they book uses one, and you can see how many each family has left.
What if a family has two hitters?
Both players go under the same parent, who picks which one they're booking for.
Do parents get lesson reminders?
Yes, automatically, 24 hours and 2 hours before every lesson, as a notification on their phone or a text.
Do parents pay anything?
No. Parents book and message you for free, from any phone browser. An iPhone app is on the way.
