Built around a pitching coach's week.
Pitching lessons run on repetition: the same pitcher, at the same time, week after week, with a season of rain, tournament weekends and lesson packs to keep straight around it.
-
Standing weekly slots
Open your weeknight cage time for the next 4, 8 or 12 weeks at once. A family books Tuesday at 5:30, taps Repeat weekly, and holds it in every week you've opened. Next week is booked before Sunday night.
-
Rain-outs
Field under water? Cancel the lesson in the app or tell your AI assistant, and the family hears right away by notification or text. Moving it to Thursday instead? They get the new time the same way.
-
Parent messages
One announcement reaches every family when the facility closes for a tournament weekend. Questions about one pitcher stay in a private thread with that parent. And every family gets a reminder 24 hours and 2 hours before each lesson, without you sending it.
-
Who's paid
Give half-hour and hour lessons their own prices. Mark a lesson paid when the Venmo, cash or check comes in, and see who still owes at a glance. Sell a pack of lessons and it counts down as they're booked.
The pitching is the easy part.

Bring the pitchers you already have.
You don't need new families to make this worth it. Move your current pitchers over in an afternoon, and next week's lessons book themselves.
-
Add your families
A name and a mobile number is all it takes. Each family gets a text with a link to set up their own login.
-
Open your cage time
Publish your windows at the cage or the field, for one day or weekly for up to 12 weeks, with your half-hour and hour rates.
-
They keep their slot
Each family picks their pitcher's usual time and repeats it weekly. You just coach.
For parents: always free
Parents see your open times, book their pitcher in, repeat the slot weekly and message you, right from their phone, with a reminder before every lesson. It works in any phone browser, so there's nothing to download.
For you: the coach dashboard
Your whole lesson business on one screen, in any browser. On your phone, save it to your Home screen and it opens like an app.

-
Say it, and it's done
Open up times, put a player in, move a lesson, call one off or update your rates, all in plain English.
-
Parents hear about it
When a lesson moves or gets called off, they get one clear message. You don't text anybody.
-
You stay in charge
It checks with you before it books or cancels, and it never charges a card or marks anything paid. You can switch it off anytime.
Connecting takes about two minutes: copy one link from OneGoal, paste it into your assistant and tap Connect. Included in your plan.
Open Thursday 4:30 to 7 at the cage, 30-minute lessons.
Done. Five open lessons are up for Thursday, 4:30 to 7:00 at the cage.
Move Kenzie's Tuesday lesson to 6:00.
Moved. Kenzie's family got one message with the new time.
Storm's coming in. Cancel my 5:00 and 5:30 at the field tonight.
Cancelled both. No charge to either family, and they've each been messaged.
Know who's paid before the next lesson.
Every lesson is marked paid or due, and every payment, whether cash, Venmo, Zelle or check, lands in one running total. When tax season comes, export a file that uploads straight into QuickBooks Online, or a detailed report for your accountant.
One plan. Everything in it.

Questions pitching coaches ask
Can a family keep the same lesson time every week?
Yes. When a parent books, they tap Repeat weekly and hold that time in every week you've opened, up to 12 weeks ahead. Open the next stretch of weeks and they can book it the same way.
What happens when a lesson gets rained out?
Cancel it in the app or tell your AI assistant, and the family gets a notification or a text right away. A lesson you call off isn't marked owed unless you choose to charge it.
I rent cage time by the hour. Can I pass that on?
Yes. Add the cage rental as a fee, by the hour or flat. Parents see it on top of the lesson price when they book, and you choose whether a late cancel still owes it. A fee applies to every lesson, so it suits coaches who always teach in a rented cage.
Can I sell a pack of lessons?
Yes. Set up a pack, like eight one-hour lessons, and record the sale when the family pays. Each lesson they book uses one, and you can see how many each family has left.
Can I run a group clinic?
Yes. Set a clinic's size and the price per spot, repeat it weekly if you like, and families take a spot from their phone.
Do parents get lesson reminders?
Yes, automatically, 24 hours and 2 hours before every lesson, as a notification on their phone or a text.
What if a family has two pitchers?
Both players go under the same parent, who picks which one they're booking for.
Do parents pay anything?
No. Parents book and message you for free, from any phone browser. An iPhone app is on the way.
