Built around a tennis coach's week.

Your week runs on court time: juniors after school, adults before work and after dinner, clinics on the weekend, and the weather deciding the rest.

The tennis is the easy part.

Bring the players you already have.

You don't need new students to make this worth it. Move your juniors and adults over in an afternoon, and next week's lessons book themselves.

Coach on the left, parent on the right. Both screens are the real app, not a mockup.
  1. Add your players

A name and a mobile number is all it takes. Adults book for themselves; for a junior, add the parent who books.

  2. Post your court hours

Publish your hours at the club or the park, for one day or weekly for up to 12 weeks, with your rates set once.

  3. They keep their time

Each player picks their usual slot and repeats it weekly. You just coach.

For your players: always free

Players and parents see your open court time and clinic spots, book a lesson, repeat it weekly and message you, right from their phone, with a reminder before every lesson. It works in any phone browser, so there's nothing to download.

Fill a clinic by just asking.

Connect OneGoal to the AI assistant you already use, then handle your schedule the way you'd tell a friend. Between lessons, at the fence, or in the car.

  • Say it, and it's done

Open up times, put a player in, move a lesson, call one off or update your rates, all in plain English.

  • Players hear about it

When a lesson moves or gets called off, they get one clear message. You don't text anybody.

  • You stay in charge

It checks with you before it books or cancels, and it never charges a card or marks anything paid. You can switch it off anytime.

Connecting takes about two minutes: copy one link from OneGoal, paste it into your assistant and tap Connect. Included in your plan.

Set up a Saturday clinic at 9, 8 spots, $35 a spot, every week for 6 weeks.

Done. The Saturday clinic is up for the next 6 weeks: 8 spots at $35 each.

Move Maya's Thursday lesson to 5.

Moved. Maya's family got one message with the new time.

Courts are soaked. Cancel my 6:00 and 7:00 tonight.

Cancelled both. No charge to either player, and they've each been messaged.

Every lesson, paid or due.

Lessons and clinic spots are marked paid or due, and every payment, whether cash, Venmo, Zelle or check, lands in one running total. When tax season comes, export a file that uploads straight into QuickBooks Online, or a detailed report for your accountant.

Questions tennis coaches ask

Can adult players book for themselves?

Yes. When you add someone, tick that they book for themselves, and the login, messages and reminders are theirs. If you coach mostly adults, one setting gives every client a single name.

Can a player keep the same time every week?

Yes. When they book, they tap Repeat weekly and hold that time in every week you've opened, up to 12 weeks ahead.

Can I run clinics?

Yes. Set a clinic's size and the price per spot, repeat it weekly if you like, and players take a spot from their phone.

I pay for court time. Can I pass that on?

Yes. Add the court fee as a fee, by the hour or flat. Players see it on top of the lesson price when they book, and you choose whether a late cancel still owes it. A fee applies to every lesson, so it suits coaches who always pay for the court.

Can I sell a pack of lessons?

Yes. Set up a pack, like ten one-hour lessons, and record the sale when the player pays. Each lesson they book uses one, and you can see how many each player has left.

Do players get lesson reminders?

Yes, automatically, 24 hours and 2 hours before every lesson, as a notification on their phone or a text.

Do players pay anything?

No. Players and parents book and message you for free, from any phone browser. An iPhone app is on the way.
